Ate so many cookies I could drown in calories e.e
I stopped starving but I always land at 190 no matter how much I eat so now getting back on track going to try and loose 30 AT LEAST by the end of November so I need to work out not only at school but at home after school. Cut calories big time, going to try 800 even though thats a lot and I will be able to eat less. Might cut out meat again(makes it easier). I’m going to keep this going and start doing some more journal entry’s. Wish me luck!
